As the company begins to spread its wings in Asia, teams of lawyers and accountants are involved to ensure that all the foundational paperwork is in order.
Above is a meeting of lawyers and accountants in Kuala Lumpur, noting the amount of papers being perused to establish eXfuze and its flagship product Seven + in the country. The above meeting was a long awaited meeting to finalize detailed documentation involving parties and signatories in the US, Taiwan and Malaysia. There was a long delay and it finally happened on 25th March 2009.
